Kevin Reddick is a former NFL athlete who has been training with top notch professional athletes for more than 10 years. Kevin is NASM Certified and USA Weight Lifting Certified with a degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.

InfraRED Elite started mobile training in response to COVID-19 as a way to help clients maintain and reach their fitness goals during these difficult times. All workouts will be conducted by one of our certified fitness trainers. Additionally, each piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned between each client visit.

I joined a new gym after a long period of little to no exercise. I was paired with Kevin when I signed up for a few sessions with a personal trainer and my life changed. I worked with Kevin at least twice per week and thanks to his inspiration and insistence that I could meet the challenges he set for me, my hiking, biking, skiing, and general fitness level increased. I am 60 and Kevin got me in shape so I that I was able to carry a 45 pound backpack for several days of hiking and camping in Yellowstone. I am sad he moved away to NC but he set me on a great path and I can’t recommend him enough.
